PAYMENT
You must pay upfront through Paypal invoices
The price will be mutually agreed on before I send the invoice
If you cancel your order before I start the commission, you can get a full refund
Once I approve your refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback, I will transfer the money back to you personally
If full payment has not been sent within 10 days of receiving the invoice, it will be cancelled
As soon as the payment is received, I will begin working on the commission

TERMS OF SERVICE
I own all the rights to the completed work as the artist, which allows me to redistribute or use as examples for my portfolio. However, if requested, I will withhold from posting.
I reserve the rights to decline or cancel/refund commissions for any reason.
Do not edit/sell/profit/claim the finished commission. You are allowed to use the art for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Commercial use of artworks will have additional fees which will be negotiable.
You are free to post the completed commission with the proper credit.
Do not use my art for NFT-related or cryptocurrency purposes. Doing so will get you permanently blacklisted.
Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to save and back up the commission. Any lost files will not be refunded.
